Instructional Pool

Next door to our competition pool, you’ll find SwimRVA’s comfortable multi-purpose instructional pool that has 6 full lanes and stays at a comfy 84 degrees at all times. This is the spot for water fitness classes, swimming lessons, warm-up/warm-down, and shallow water exercise.
