Summer Swimming Pool in Richmond, VA

SwimRVA-North is an outdoor, public summer swimming pool in Richmond, VA and your families next “home away from home”.  Located in the southern part of Henrico County, SwimRVA’s newest satellite location offers an outdoor swimming experience for all ages.  Facilities include a family swim pool with a deep water well, an adult swimming lap lane pool, a kiddie pool for your little ones, plenty of deck space to lay out, basketball courts, a gazebo, and open grass space for games and activities. Swim Lessons at SwimRVA-North

SwimRVA-North now offers Swim Lessons Monday-Thursday for all ages starting May 1, 2025.  Registration is now open!  Sign up today!

SwimRVA offers a proven, station-based curriculum.  These stations provide students with skills that are taught and tracked by Richmond’s top aquatic professionals.  Join us this summer and ring the SwimRVA Bell of Success!

SwimRVA-North is one of our SUPER SCHOOL locations-lessons are 40 minutes long.  That is an extra 10 minutes per lesson at the same price! Swim Lessons are $175/month for 2 lessons/week.  We prorate the first month!  No extra fees and no cancellation fees.  You can cancel at the end of any month.

Summer Camps

SwimRVA offers a variety of summer camps for every level of a swimmer! Want to perfect your backstroke in our Strokes and Turns Camp, or maybe have a little summer fun in our General Summer Camp? Our summer camps are day-long and are built around building your child’s self-confidence in and outside the pool.

Summer League Swim Team

SwimRVA-North Dolphins

James River Aquatic Club (JRAC)

The SwimRVA-North Dolphins is a summer league swim team in Richmond, VA and part of the James River Aquatic Club (JRAC) summer league.  Looking for something fun for your kids to do this summer?  Looking for a way to keep them active? Join the SwimRVA-North Dolphins Swim Team!  For ages 5-18, your kids will learn proper swim technique while having fun in a team atmosphere.  For more information please contact Meredith Farrell (the SwimRVA-North Dolphins swim team rep) at meredithcole3@hotmail.com.

Swim Team fees do not include the uniform package which comes with swim suit, swim cap, and team t-shirt.  Uniform packages will be available for purchase for an additional $60(male)/ $80(female) per athlete.
