Can we bring our own toys and floats for the pool?
It is up to the guards discretion but you are welcome to bring your own toys for the children.Generally no floats that obscure the bottom of the pool are allowed. And please assist the lifeguards by retrieving all pool toys when you are finished.
Can we bring our own food for the party?
You are by no means required to limit yourself to the pizza, cake and water we provide. Bringing additional food is no problem and if you so desire you can even bring your own food in place of what we provide. It does not change the cost however if you don’t take our food.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Much like food you are allowed and even encouraged to bring your own additional decorations. Bringing extra decorations can help add a theme to the festivities.
How early can we arrive for the party?
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. We can sometimes have several parties in the course of one day. And arriving any earlier may cause an overlap with the previous scheduled party.
How late can we cancel/make changes to the party?
Orders for the cake and pizza will be placed by Tuesday the week of the party. We cannot guarantee a full refund if a party is canceled, nor any additional changes such as extra pizza or changes to the cake after that time. However if you need to cancel at the last minute but still want to have the party later. We will try our best to work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.
What if some of our guests are not very strong swimmers?
We usually have two lifeguards on duty in the room during a birthday party. We also have plenty of lifejackets available on the pool deck and our Party Hosts will be happy to assist in putting them on if you’re unfamiliar with how they are worn.
**PLEASE NOTE** If the child does not have any swimming ability, parents must be in the water with the child (up to 3 children per adult)
Can the parents swim as well as the children?
Parents are indeed encouraged to swim with their children if they wish. We do not count them as guests towards the total (there is an additional charge for more than 14 guests) and as long as they sign the waiver at the front desk when they come in they can join the kids in the water.
What is the difference between the Community Room and the Collaboration Room?
The Community Room is closer to the entrance and a little closer to the Instructional Pool where the party will take place. It is the larger of the two rooms and has large windows that allow in a lot of sunlight as well as a bluetooth music player that the guests can play their music through. The Collaboration Room has a view of the pool from its windows and has a white board the children can draw on and a projector.
Which Pool will the party take place in?
The pool party portion of the event will take place in the Instructional Pool. It is better suited for free play as it is shallower and has more open area not restricted by lanes. It is the same pool we use for swim lessons.
What Toys does the facility provide?
We do not supply any toys except for pool noodles of which we have many.
We do not have any slides or diving boards in the facility.
