When King first stepped onto the pool deck, he carried a mix of nervous excitement and quiet determination. His mother, ever attentive and supportive, reminded us to keep a close eye on him with her love and care shining through in that moment.

As we welcomed King into his very first swim lesson, his teacher shared that he did not yet know how to swim. That simple fact underscored just how important these lessons would be not just as a recreational skill, but as an
essential, potentially lifesaving one.

We reassured both King’s mother and his teacher that he was in exactly the right place, surrounded by people
committed to helping him succeed. And succeed he has! King has already passed Station 1 and is now mastering floats and glides. With every class, his confidence grows, and it is a joy to watch his determination transform into real skill.

King’s journey is just beginning, and we are excited to see where it takes him. We hope he continues with swim
lessons beyond the Learn-To-Swim program, because the water has so much to offer – and King has so much
potential to unlock.
