The Competition Pool will be closed for repairs from 12-4 pm today, August 18th.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

   

Located in Chesterfield County, SwimRVA serves the Greater Richmond area as a catalyst for regional aquatics and community-wide focus on water safety, health & fitness, sports tourism and competitive swimming.  We offer swimming lessons, water aerobics, aqua running, water polo, CPR & lifeguard certification courses, masters swimming, warm water therapy pool, land fitness classes, and youth triathlon training.

Upcoming News, Events and Reminders:

July Schedule Changes

  • SwimRVA will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th, 2017 in observance of Independence Day.  There will be no practice for Swim Team or Water Polo that evening
  • SwimRVA will be hosting the summer league championships the week of July 24-28, 2017.  Practice schedule is as follows:
    • The Water Polo and the Swim Team will practice together on Monday, July 24, Tuesday, July 25, and Thursday, July 26 from 10am-12pm in the Competition Pool.  There will NOT be any other practice times this week

Where are you swimming this summer?

  • Are you planning on leaving this summer for summer league swimming or other sports?  Please let us know where you plan to swim this summer so we can bring the SwimRVA cheering squad out

SwimRVA Swim School looking for energetic swim instructors

  • SwimRVA is looking for amazing new instructors to help us further our Drownproof Richmond initiative.  Must be 15 years old.  Please ask them to email Director of Programs, Dr. Kelo at Debbie.kelo@swimrichmond.org
