May 2017 - Draft 2 (posted 5/16/2017)

June Availability Worksheet (Excel or PDF)

Hello Aquatics Team!

It’s availability time again.  Please fill out the availability worksheet posted at www.swimrichmond.org/lifeguard-schedule.htm  and return ASAP.  I have attached them here as well for your convenience.

For June, I will be adding some lifeguards in key shifts to help cover camps, groups, and other things that start to ramp up over the summer.  It is important to note that, for a successful schedule, it is important for you to give your availability and not just your preferred shifts.  We also have a number of meets that will be important to fill in the month, so we will need everyone to chip in on the weekends.

Please note the deadlines for scheduling below and help this month go smoothly by submitting your availability ASAP and within the due date.  Please do not forget to fill in your name and preferred # of shifts at the top.  Please also write date and time of submission if you turn this in by paper at my desk. We have a quick turnaround this month, so please be on your game.  I will be creating the schedule on the same day that availability is due, so you all will need to be sure to have this in to me to not delay the release of the schedule.

  • Thurs 5/25 - Availability Worksheet Released to Aquatics Staff
  • Tues 5/30- Availability due back to Brad by 9am, SHARP
  • Tues 5/30- Preliminary Schedule posted for review by 6pm- change request period opens
  • Thurs 6/1 - change request period ends at 6p, SHARP - Draft 1 finalized and posted later in the day

Thanks,

Brad
